I
was interested in expanding my knowledge as an IT Solutions Architect from
applications to infrastructure, so I decided to prepare for the Amazon Web
Services Certified Solution Architect Associate exam, which is one of the most
important and widely recognized certificates. in the IT sector *. I wanted to
share my methodology to successfully prepare for the exam to help others on
this journey.
Why
the AWS Solution Architecture?
When
looking at trends in enterprise IT over the past 10 years, there are
high-growth areas that continue to expand and reward engineering talent: cloud
infrastructure, data analytics, and security. Although you can enter the
domains of Data Analytics and Security through certification, the financial and
professional awards are not significant if you do not have years of experience
and especially in Data Science, a minimum of a two-year master's degree in STEM
preferably with a specialization in applied mathematics , information
technology or statistics. Cloud infrastructure has a flatter slope and less
expensive learning curve thanks to the excellent public documentation for major
platform providers and the wide variety of educational resources I'll share
below.
