You need to know how to set up Comcast home, internet and cable security
systems and set them up for the customer. Once everything is set up, you
sometimes need to instruct the customer on how it works and how to use the
equipment. When a customer has problems, you can provide the solutions by
resetting the internet or cable as soon as possible. Must have knowledge of

a field communications technician, you will interact with customers on a daily
basis and must have excellent written and oral communication skills. At home or

service representative. At times, you may come across angry customers whose
services are not working and you have to not only solve the problem but also
deal with angry customers in the process. You will usually have a deadline for
completing work in a set time and must have good time management skills and a
strong approach.
