Occupations are interesting things. We attract them, we fight for them, and sometimes we are asked to invent them. The nature of the work we do usually determines our title. And when the work we do is very specialized, it’s more likely that there are a number of titles that are similar but mean different things. So it is with construction site service technicians and construction site service engineers.

are currently 52,972 posts for Service Technician at Natural. That’s about
7,000 posts more than it was at this time last year. And there are 53,429
emails for site service engineers. Also about 7,000 more than this time last
year. There is such a huge increase in demand for these positions. And there is
a lack of talent, which prevents website service organizations from growing and
achieving the high CSAT scores they want. We talked at the webinar about how to
