What is network support?
In general, network support is connected to everything that
keeps your organization's computer network up to date, productive, and
up-to-date. It ensures that your devices are healthy, hardware, software and
personal devices compatible and working. It ensures that there are no traffic
jams - that the network "motorway" is wide enough for all traffic to
pass and move quickly. It also means supporting the people who use the
equipment, you, the “end user”. This last part is the most important part of
network support, but we are already ahead of it ... Network support includes
everything from regular maintenance tasks to testing and troubleshooting the
design and development of new features to increase your functionality and
productivity.

Computer network support professionals, also called
technical support professionals, are the people who perform these tasks. They
analyze, troubleshoot, and evaluate computer network problems and play an
important role in routinely maintaining their organization's networks, such as
performing file backups and system updates. A network support professional may
be part of an organization's internal IT support team or provide services as
part of the technical support staff at a third-party network technology
provider. River Run is ready to support your organization’s information
technology initiatives.
