Job titles are cool stuff. We attract them, we fight for them, and sometimes they ask us to invent them. The nature of the work we do often determines our title. And when the work we do is highly specialized, there are more likely a number of titles that are similar but mean different things. The same is true for site service technicians and site service engineers.

service engineer vs technician
There
are currently 52,972 on-site service technician positions in Of course. That's
about 7,000 more posts than at this time last year. And there are 53,429 emails
for a site service engineer. Also around 7,000 more than at this time last
year. There is great growth in demand for these positions. And there is a
talent shortage, preventing site service organizations from growing and
achieving the high CSAT scores they desire. We covered how to overcome this
challenge in a webinar.
